2002 Tribute new battery = dead electronics

I have a 2002 Tribute with 147K miles on it. Battery died on me yesterday and barely made it home after jumpstarting the battery twice. Tonight I replaced the battery with Autocraft Silver battery (40R). Car started up with no problems (much to my relief as I was hoping the issue would be the battery and not the alternator)... However, the remote keys, dome lights, internal electronics are a complete dud (unless the car's turned on). I tried reprogramming the remote keys as per instructions I downloaded from the website, but that didn't work.

How do I reprogram the remote keys and all internal electronics? Or do I need to go to the dealership and have them reprogram my electronics?

Thanks!

In some cases a dead battery will kill the GEM module which controls all the electronics. But in many cases u just need to have the dealership reprogram the gem module and u should b good.
