Engine light comes on. Rough Idle, feel of engine misfire. Error OBD II code is P0351. I replaced coils, sparkplugs, Lights still stay on. Does anyone know of anything else I can check?

The code is indicating a failed primary circuit of the #1 ignition coil but if you are getting at least 10 volts to the positive side of that coil then possible that could be a crankshaft position sensor fault. Sensor is located down near the crankshaft pulley and should have a resistance of between 290-390 ohms. See if that reading checks out.
