Strange warning lights, ALL IDEAS, GUESSES GRATEFULLY ACCEPTED

My 2005 rx8 has been a great car. With 117,500 on the original engine the only problems I have had is a rear strut. I change the oil every 3 to 4,000 miles. I have no warning lights on dash when I start the engine. However when engine is hot I get a.b.s. light, red parking light and traction control light. I can drive car all day with no warning lights until a hot restart. a cold restart after driving about 10 feet the lights come turn off, there is no difference in vehicle performance or braking. Scan tool shows no faults.
can someone please help? All ideas gratefully accepted .
Thanks to all
Richard

What scan tool are you using? A Lot of cheaper units can only scan engine codes.

Strange warning light problem

It is a cheap one, about forty bucks from Harbor freight. I will shop for a better one. Thanks for the advice.

I borrowed a professional model and got the same no error detected. The owner of the shop, a Toyota specialist suggested that since they don't come on until a restart when engine is hot and all warnings brakes, traction control, etc. To try and find something common to those systems. This is beginning to sound like a Mazda dealer(read expensive) repair. Since I have no intention of selling the cat soon I could ignore them or once I start the car don't shut it off until done for the day. JUST KIDDING
Thanks to all again
Richard
