rx8 comes with cd?

i heard that rx8's come with a cd, but i just got an '06 rx8 6 speed and i couldn't find any cd, i looked in glove box and in where the owners manual is but it isnt there. also, is there a speed governor on rx8's?

It comes with a DVD on how to take of of the engine. I got one, it's in a red DVD case.
