Default cat cleaning

anyone ever heard or putting lacquer thinner in your gas tank to clean you cats? If so have you tried it and did it work?

Yes, I have put 1/2 strength as a test, and it passed with flying colors.
Tanprotege did it also.
Make sure you drive on highway for at least 1 hour!
This will work as long as your cat is not melted, but clogged
It's worth a shot!

it passed? and you know this how? was a gas analyzer involved? or just the seat of your pants. because unless you have before and after gas analyzer proof, then i am raising the bull***t flag.

I didn't have the code before, but had previous issues with cats (1 pre-cat changed under warranty), so gave it a shot. It seemed to have run better afterward. No before or after analyzers involved!
It definitely did not make it worse or bring up a code afterward, or had any leaks. Hope this help clarify.
However, my e-test was flawless.
