brand m accessories, crooks??? I have been trying sice feb. to get my money back.they sent me a partial order then charged me for everything.It took me a month to get a r/a number
I sent things back. I noticed another charge by them on my card in march. I never recieved anything related to that charge.I am at wits end, I think I have tried everything.

Best bet is to work it out with your credit card company. Go through their charge dispute process and provide as much proof as you can about what has occurred.

 

it's not clear to me from who you bought the stuff that is giving you problems or what it was. it looks like it's better handled between you and your credit card company, talk to them and patiently explain the situation. yeah it might take awhile for the process to work its way through the system, but it will eventually.
