6speed rx-8 not shifting
 

I recently got an Rx-8 and swapped the engine out and put a new clutch on but 2 weeks later everything was running great until my clutch wouldn’t disengage I presumed it would be something to do with the throw out bearing but I took off the transmission and it looks fine bearings spin like normal it doesn’t have any play in the bearing the pads on the clutch were fine the clutch housing and fingers were all intact functioning and don’t seem to have any problems except the new pilot bearing has shattered to bits and shift fork has no issues space cylndar function no leaks goes fully out and in smoothly just am kinda stumped what else it may be as well as shifts just fine when car is off if I start in first with clutch all the way in it’ll still be in gaged and kinda pull the car

Update shifts now but seems unbalanced
 

Anyone got any ideas just seems like it’s not fully balanced at around 7.2-9k rpm just feels like there’s excess vibrations

It happened again anyone know what it might be
 

I’m thinking slave cylinder is going out or getting stuck or something

The slave us a PITA to bleed with the screw next to the tranny tunnel wall.

I gave up trying to bleed mine after a quart of fluid and several attempts with speed bleeders, and even my Capri vacuum tank.
No luck.

I seldom admit defeat, but that one got me.
