Well, in my FC it's hard to get it out of 2nd and into 3rd. Plus on it's small trip to 3rd it grinds. It also has a slop through all gears.

Previous owner said it might be a Bushing. Dad says it's the shifter and wants to get a Short Shifter.. Haha

I want to know for sure what this could be so I don't waste money. Is it the transmission? Or the shifter? Or something else?

If it is grinding, it is the trans. What is the mileage & has the fluid ever been changed?

Not at home right now and I'm 50 miles away from the car. I'll ask my dad to check it though.

The same transmission is in a 1st Gen the previous owner has and that one shifted fine. He said my car started shifting weird after he rebuilt the Clutch Slave. So it's probably linkage. He didn't bleed it after installation and said it wouldn't shift at all. Then he bled it and now this.
