RX-7 Warning Light problem

I have 1991 RX-7 convertible, 76,000 miles, nice condition. It's my second car, so I only drive it about once a week. As I was driving to work this morning, the seat belt warninglight unexpectedly came on, followed by just about all of the other warning lights - battery, fuel, oil, washer fluid, etc. The car seemed to be running fine, but I immediately returned home. Is this an electrical problem or something else? I've had problems in the past with the battery draining, apparently because I don't drive it often enough. Is this problem related to that?

Could be alot of things. All that stuff runs through the CPU which is in the interior fuse block. You basicly have some tracing to do. Fuses/grounds/altenator/etc.

you may want to have the alternator and the battery checked to make sure the alternator is charging and the battery is holding the charge

Agreed. Sounds like the alternator is giving up.

Check to see if you have a broken alternator belt also.
