replacing front windshield
 

Hello, i was wondering if anyone had some helpful advise or knows some step by step instructions to replace my front windshield, the car is an 1988 mazda Rx7 with the 1.3L rotory motor as im sure you guessed.... my objective is to take it out of one of my Rx7s and install it into another one of my Rx7's. i would greatly appreciate the help and advise. thank you!

sorry, i can't help you. all i usually do is call a glass company and get them to do it for me. it's something that is pretty easy to mess up.

replacing front windshield - Surrounding plastic trim
 

I'd like to replace my windshield at some point, and I want to replace the surrounding plastic trim. How much of that is replaced when you have the windshield replaced?

generally, it's all replaced if you go through a decent installer. if you do cheap out on the installer, all that i can say is to buy the trim and bring it to your installer and have them replace it when they do the windshield.
