Default No Start

After replacing the drive shaft in my daughter's 1991 convertible, I can't get her car to start. I checked the coils and my manual states that there should be .2 to 1.0 ohms across the primary connectors on the coils. I get 0 (zero) on all the coils. Could all three coils go bad at once after a repair like this? I've tried pulling the plugs and the EGI fuse to check if it is flooding, but it doesn't help. Any suggestions?

How long did it sit and does it spin over like a sewing machine? Do you have spark at the plug?

The car sat for a little ovrt three weeks. I know I have spark at one plug, I have to check the rest. Apparently my ohm meter isn't the best. I killed the battery yesterday trying to start it and I also keep trying to make sure I get the fuel out of the engine. It seems to fire a little when I try to start it. I'll check all the plugs for fire today and purge the fuel again and see what happens. I guess my next step is the mechanics unless I'm missing something really simple.

Pinch off the fuel line from the fuel filter with vice grips then remove the idle screw and pour some ATF in there, disconnect the coils and spin it over. This will get compression back. Once that is done reconnect everything and have someone crank it with the gas pedal to the floor while you release the vice grips on the fuel line til it starts. Once it starts keep the rpms up until it will idle on it's own. I have had to pull start them before which works well. It sounds like it is just flooding out which is common. You might try pinching off the fuel line after you lube the apex seals and try ether. Always hold the gas pedal to the floor when trying to start those after flooding.

After pulling the plugs and EGI fuse, turning it over a bit, putting a little ATF in the plugs, and putting it back together, I got it to start. It runs very well, but I didn't pass emission test for inspection. I'll get ti hot and try again this weekend. Thanks for all the help.
