Default My '87 TurboII RX7, from then till now.

I bought this car in Oct of '09 from a guy wanting to sell it for parts. He said the car ran, but he never drove it after 2005 (still had a Tenn tag from 05) due to it not passing emissions. I went to look at it & bought it not even hearing it run.

Pics when I 1st got it to my job. It was sitting in his driveway for a while.

Tried starting it, but it would only start by spraying starting fluid in the intake. Put a new fuel pump in & she fired right up.

Pics when I got her home & all cleaned up.

Drove it for a little while & then the mod bug bit.

I installed a K&N FIPK...

Man.... That car was CLEAN when you bought her!! Looks good Sheldon.
A good platform to start with always makes the rest easier.

And..... It's about time you started a thread for her too.

How do you like the Rtek? I was looking at that, but may go Megasquirt instead.

I went with the 2.1 and I really like it. You have to keep the afm for now, but they are working on that. It makes the variable sensor electronic and gives you options with the emissions. It has inputs for datalogging and the egr output switches over to a window switch for alcohol, water, or nitrous.

I'm guessing 35w, 6000k, H4's?
Now if only you could figure a way to install projectors.... (hmmmm?)
