How much is my turbo 2 worth
 

Hi,
I have had my Rx7 91 Turbo 2 for 6 years. I have spent around £10,000 during this time including:

£3000 full engine rebuild
£800 Full gearbox rebuild
£800 Front Mount Intercooler
£1000 Body Kit
£1,200 Single Straight through exhaust
£500 Chip
£2000 Wheels/interior etc

Unfortunatley whilst still running the engine in I had a light crash and smashed the inported front bumper. Due to having Children and a heavy work load the car has sat on my drive now for 3 years ! My beloved car is now rotten underneath. I decided to do it up to track day it and 6 months later have still not touched it.

I was wondering what the re sale value would be or if I would be better selling the engine, gearbox and parts.

Any views on what this is worth would be greatly appreciated !

You would be better off selling it for parts . For one you can make more money and 2nd you said the underbody was bad which would hurt in a sale your better off selling for parts.

I assume that you are overseas? I wouldn't have a clue of what to price it there. You will make more money parting it though. You could sell the trans, motor, diff, half-shafts, wheels, tail lights, interior, etc. On the other end, you would just be selling a whole car that hasn't been driven in a long time.

I would be interested in a couple of parts if you parted it.
