Bad Problems...plz help

When first started the idle is all messed up....it'll rev high and then drop and over and over again...then it'll work itself out after it warms up.....then after i get it up to runnin temp and shut it off and come back out and try to start her again...she just turns over and over....she'll eventually crank but i would really like to know what it is

Sounds like the surging idle may be due to a fault in the throttle position sensor. There is a low and mid range sensor that is mounted onto the throttle body near the area where the accelerator cable attaches to the engine. Kind of lost on the description about "she just turns over and over and then she'll eventuall crank" Turns over usually means that the engine is cranking over ok but will not fire up and start so am not sure if you mean that it will not start after cranking or will not even crank over to try and start????

Might have spark plugs that are flooded with fuel. Try pulling the leading and trailing spark plugs and see if they are soaked with fuel. Then disable the ignition coils and crank over to see if there is find mist of fuel coming out of the spark plug holes. Flooded engine a common problem with older engines that are getting some low compression.

You can deflood the engine by removing all four plugs, remove the EGI fuse in the under hood fuse box to shut down the injectors and then crank engine untill fuel is purged ( Only crank for 15 seconds at a time or starter can overheat and fail ). You may then need to add some auto trans oil into the intake to raise compression as well. Clean and dry (or replace) the spark plugs and hopefully will start up. If compression is weak though it will only happen again. Only way to regain that compression is to get a remaned engine or have a VERY reputable rotary engine place rebuild.
