Default Back in the game

Well, I have just acquired a 1988 GTU. It has not run since 1996. I got this one pretty cheap & has goodies like Fr 4-piston calipers & a LSD rear end. The body is straight, but the interior will require some work. I will be documenting my rebuild process as I go along.

Sheldon,
I'm curious where did you find your 88 GTU? I've been looking(Craigslist and ebay) on and off over the past couple of years for the same car and have come across a few in decent shape but missing engine or tranny or priced way to high for the condition. Craigslist seems to be the best bet for me because I have the ability to look at the car before buying it. Post pics of your GTU when you get a chance.
