Default 2.6 or 1.3

Hi i'm new here and to the whole roatry engine stuff. Ive recently seen a good car that i wish to buy but became confused over the size of the engine. The seller claims that it is a 2600cc but when i checked the car on a HPI site it showed up as a 1300cc does this mean anything as other cars i've checked do come up as 2600cc on log book and his one doesn't but he claims that it is a 2.6 and the rotary part is what makes it a 1.3 for the paperwork ????

1.3L is ALL Rx-7 engine. the 2.6L engine is a 4 rotor and was housed in a race car and a few owners have been rich enough to instal one. There are probably less than 10 so your seller is either lying, or rich.
