windshield washer

I have a 2000 Mazda Protege ES. When I first got the car, my windshield wipers didn't work at all. Then I replaced the fuse, and the wipers worked. But when I go to wash my windshield, no fluid comes out. I filled the resevoir with windsheidl washer fluid, but still nothing came out.

If anybody knows what the problem might be, please let me know.
