What is this widget?

It has two vacuum hoses coming out of it. One of the hose barbs was partially broken off, so I used some epoxy putty to secure it temporarily. But I'd like to buy a new one if I knew what it was! :o

MAP sensor perhaps?

I'm thinking DPFE Sensor (Delta Pressure Feedback EGR).
Still trying to confirm but don't have a year or engine for this vehicle! Damm rookies!
Maybe Tanprotege will ring in.

Ok I THINK I may know what this is, judging by where the hose goes to and what it looks like it may be the vapor canister purge valve. Does it have two large hoses going to it?

Yep, 2000, 1.6. :D

And yes, two fairly fat vacuum(?) hoses coming out the bottom. ;)

YEAH, last night the same thing occurred to me - I saw that partial vacuum diagram and went DUUUH! I'll bet the answer is right there, and I didn't even notice the diagram when I was taking the pic!

My daughter is at school with the car right now though. :(
