Default need help buying part

There's a part called an "Fresh air intake hose" it looks like this

Now this part is OK and no problem with it. But there is a tubing or a hosing which I think
is called a vacuum hose or maybe some people may call it tubing for the breather, that goes from this part to the engine. This tube/hose is broken and we need to replace it but we don't know exactly what it's called. So I'm wondering if anyone can help me to know what to exactly say to the auto parts store once we go in tomorrow.

I hope I'm being clear enough . Thanks a bunch

I'd call it the crankcase breather tube.

Take the breather tube to an autopart store to match it up with the correct size. That is what I did.
