V6 Swap into a 92 protege
 

I have had my eye on this 96 MX-6, I just found out it has no papers so the only thing it would be really good for would be parts, I was thinking that maybe I could swap the V6 out and drop it into my 92 Protege. I want to know how hard it would be? what would need to be swapped with it, trans, wiring, etc? and is it worth swapping out my 1.8litre 16 valve SOHC for the MX-6 V6? any advise/tips etc would be great!
