I know this sounds dumb but, I havent driven my car for almost 2 month now due to an accident, and there are, what looks to be rust. can ispray brake cleaner on it and clean it or will i need to buff out each rotor? or is there anything else i should or shuldnt do? thank you

Default RE: Rust on rotors

all that you have to do is drive the car a little until the rust sheds off. if you put a cleaner on it, it could leave residue that could comprimise the performance for the first few stops.
