Revs too high when shifting-Automatic
98 Protege revs to 4000 to 5000 rpms before it shifts to a higher gear (automatic).
And, I'm not trying to drive it fast.
Any ideas ?
Thanks.

RE: Revs too high when shifting-Automatic
sounds like some kind of pressure issue. sounds like there are either bad seals in the tranny or the torque converter is going out.
