Default Replacing fuel pump Protege

I have a 2000 Protege ES.
I am trying to replace the fuel pump.

I unplugged neg battery term.
Aired out gas tank.
Removed back seat.

disconnected wiring...

Now I am stuck with the actual hoses.
I tried to turn them and they do no budge.
Can anyone please help me and let me know how these hoses come loose from the pump?

(see attached photo)
Thanks!

first, you need to turn the ring around the top of the pump. the ring will come loose and you can pull the whole pump assembly out. you only need to pull it about halfway out to get to the pump. you will have to pull the wiring harness off of the top of the pump but not the hoses. there is enough slack there to pick the assembly up without cutting the lines loose.
