Protege timing belt

I have an '02 protege 2.0L

I was wondering if there is a flywheel/ crank hub holder for this car that was made for it, or one that people know will work on it with the motor still in the car. I want to torque the crank pulley bolt to spec and I don't feel right just throwing it on with an impact.
(also I am amazed my timing belt made it this far, its at 180k miles and never been done before, only reason I waited so long was because its non-interference so what's the harm)

Please just let me know if there is a tool that can hold it still while torquing the bolt down. Would it be safe to use a camshaft timing tool (the one that holds the 2 cams in sync with eachother) and torque it?

use rope method. Search youtube. take spark plug out, put rope down into combustion chamber, stops crank from moving while you apply torque

Ive personally had issues with that method where the rope shears off in the cylinder and I cant get it out. I was just wondering if there was one actually made by Mazda or some other company for holding the fluwhjeel still in car
