Hi I have a 2002 mazda protege 5 that was an auto. I made it a 5speed with an mazdaspeed transmission of a protege. Im having trouble with the engine emission codes. I swap multiple mt ecu's and no luck. They go by codes # can't find, can someone help....plus the dealer dont want to program my ecu..

 

I have to admit that after reading your post a minimum of three times, I'm still not sure if there's a question in there or not, or if you're just saying that an auto to manual swap is possible?
I'm confused as h*ll!!
