problem with speaker fit

Default problem with speaker fit
all the information i can find tells me i need 5 1/4 speakers but after i purchased them the speakers wont fit. what size speakers do i need for my 94 protege?

More info please. Front speakers or rears? Is the car a LX or DX? Are the windows hitting the speakers or what?

i have a 94 lx, and my car requires four 6.5 inch speakers.
