Does anyone know where the pre-cat is located, or is the same an a o2 sensor

That mind reading thing isn't working for us.... You've got to tell us what year and engine size your Protege is. And please, don't do what I saw at the Autozone the other day. When a guyat the counter asked what size engine he had. The customer looked at him, held out his hands and said "Oh, about that big."
