oil pump on 2000 Mazda Protege 1.6
 

Hello. This is my first time in a forum. I will like to know where is the oil pump on a 2000 Mazda Protege 1.6. It has an automatic transmition. The oil indicator is turning on/off when the motor is at low RPM's, like when I'm at a traffic light. Also the "lifter, or something else" soud when I step in the gas pedal. If I use high octane gas it improve a little.
