New to protege's what to look for?
 

I plan on purchasing a protege between a 1999 and 2003 2.0 5speed. Whats the pros and cons to each year and models? what should I be looking for ? as i have a few months to do so.
I have read the sticky on ready to modify your protege and would plan on running a turbo setup and have more than enough experience to do so over time, having a shop at home and at AST school.
I have a number of parts stock piled ready for an old project that isnt going to happen now; ie IC plumbing, BOV, exhaust bender, intake, etc.
