Default a little help please

i have a 1999 protege ES with the 1.8 liter i was wondering if anyone knew some cheap engine modifictions to make me quicker. any suggestions would be great. thanks guys

ebay, ebay, ebay. I got an injen intake for $95(included shipping and handling) for my 1.6, also look on corksport.com they have alot of parts for proteges including intakes and exhaust and headers

The INJEN is a waste of money.... The intake on the 1.8l BP motor is way oversized already... Leave it alone.
