How to tune up 98mazda 323f denso ecu

how do i tune up my mazda 323F 1.6 AT
ECU denso BMXY EGI BMXY 18 881A
079700-7921

I have Orange programmer, Can i use it to reflash ecu? which eprom or mcu in ECU should i read?

Can i flash it throught the 22 pin connector? how?

I like this car , i need to tune it more !
