Default Is this the horn? (see pic)

Hi, I need to disconnect the horn in my 1994 MAZDA PROTEGE DX. It starts blowing on cold nights. There seems to be no fuses to deactivate it so I took these pictures of what I believe is the cable that I have to disconnect. Please let know if this is the right cable to disconnect. Thanks a lot for helping me with this problem.

Is it the same area for a 1991 Protege? This just happened to me this morning. I was at a stoplight, idling as usual, and my horn started blaring. I didn't realize it was me until people started to drive slower around me thinking I needed to get over. It eventually stopped (probably via a pothole) and then happened again. That time I hit the steering wheel to stop it. I would like to disconnect it (at least temporarily) if I can.
