Dash Vent problem

Dash Vent problem
I have a 2001 Mazda Protege es 2.0. My problem is 1. Air won' flow at all through my dash vents, only through the defrost. 2. The a.c. green light only comes on the 1 and 4 speeds. Any advice guys?
