Default Dash cluster lights not working??

I have a 2002 protege. I was putting new lights in and the lights stopped working, they are 100% compatible with my car .. so I’m thinking maybe I accidentally touched a wire on the harness or something. The fuse is fine also. Any ideas?

It’s not about the type of lights I put in. I ruled that out. I’m just looking for ideas of what the issue could be
