I'm meaning the filter that fillters the air coming in to the car by regulating the switches inside, warm-cold, 1,2,3,4,5 (thoese switches..))

I am going to assume you are meaning the cabin air filter. This is a filter that cleans the air comiing into the cabin from outside from the heater blower motor. Do not see where you are from but the 626 in US has never had a cabin air filter from the first 79 model up to the last 2002.
