Crankshaft pulley torque specs

I'm putting a harmonic balancer (crank pulley)on a 1993 Protege 1.8L SOHC. What are the torque specs for the (4) 10mm bolts that hold the pulley on (not the big center bolt)? Could not download the .rar files that another member has posted. Please help.

near as I can tell 12-16 ft/lbs....
