the 'tips' if I could say so looks rusty but not the part which the pads squeeze...

Looks like no one has been here for a while... Anywho, hopefully someone can help me. I have a 01 Protege with 145000 miles. I have a blinking check engine light. The car studders when accelerating and chokes/ Hiccups (thats what it feels like) a little when idleing. I pulled codes and found a p0103,p0106,p0302, and a cat code that i forgot. any help?? Thanks.
