Car won't start just one click, burned fuse box!
 

I've checked everything else on the car that would cause the one click no start in hopes it would work, but I know that the problem is the fuse panel. The wires for the the starter and fuel pump relay are melted and burned up. Does any one know what could cause this or if j can fix it.
