Brake Light & ABS Light ON, O/D Light Flashing, Related? Help Fix Please!
 

The title pretty much sums it up but for more details,

On my 2000 Protege, the Brake ! Light and the ABS Light are on simultaneously. When you turn the car on, all of the other lights are on momentarily but go off but these stay on. The ABS are not working at all right now. The brakes lock when they are slammed on.

Also, occasionally butnot everyday, the O/D light flashes and makes the car very slow. It will not accellerate when this happens. The RPMS only reaches about 2500 and will not go any higher. When you hit the button that usually makes the O/D light go on, nothing happens.

Are these two problems related??
