94 protege LX
 

Hey guys, my 94 is having 2 problems:

1. The power window motor needs a new worm gear, anyone know where to get just the gear?
2. About a month ago my spedo started to bounce, now my RPM gauge goes screwy for the first 10 min of driving after start up the settles back down - any clues.

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks
