2002 protege5 random multiple misfire stalling under load new coils wire & head block

This pos has been a pain in my ass forever. Got a truck and want to sell the mazda but to get the most profit I want to fix this rough idle stalling issue. I am pretty sure that it is cam or crank sensors going bad. I was wondering how to remove them and test them. Or if you recognize my problem could you point me to another culprit. Drives fine when cold or at 2000 rpm when under load engine shakes and loses power to really low rpm or stalls on me. I am quite sure the engine is not the issue because I replaced the head block. I am 21 and not very confident around cars but have good tools and friends who help me. I just want to be certain of what im doing and if the cam/crank sensors actually cause this issue. Is there an easier test than besides removal and multi meter test. If not how d you do a multi meter test. I never had a manual with this protege5 fyi. I unplugged coils while running yesterday and both lost power by 50 percent so they must be fine plus they are new.
ANY tips advice or links would be appreciated thanks for your time gear heads. PEACE OUT.

PS if you think I should just go to a shop when i can afford to that is not out of the picture i'm kind of out of my depth here but saving money is always cool.
