2002 Protege LX Want to instal Fog Lamps...

I Own a 2002 Protege LX and now that i have bought it as a daily driver i want to do some upgrades, and i have been looking everywere and though can't hurt to ask here. I believe i found the Fog Lamp kit for my car the Part Number is BL8D-V7-220F and from what i understand it comes with everything i need to instal them, now here is the part i wanted to know has anyone on here done it? is it hard? or is it more or less plug and go? This is the first car i have owned that is not 30+ years old so i am worried that i might mess something up and the car catch on fire i love the darn thing it gets me to and from work and across town with no problems but i want a little more light when i drive home, any input would be great thanks in advance...

does the kit come with a switch also? if not, you need to get a switch. the bulk of it is just wiring up the switch and installing the lamps (they pretty much drop in). other than that, there is really not anything to the project but time.

The guy i am buying them from off ebay said they come with everything, wiring, nuts & bolts and directions, so i was thinking it cant be to bad, i would think like most new cars theres a plug already there and you just hook it up. At least thats what i am thinking, with my old zed you had to wire things up your self and electrial is not my strong point...
