Ive been told that my front struts need replacing. Im pretty mechanically inclined but and its a big but, Ive pretty much only done motorcycle repair and rebuild. What should I know before attempting this? And Can anyone recommend a good service manual?

Section 2-13 goes over what you need to do. You will need a spring compressor. If the place where you buy the struts has a loan tool program, they should have it.
