Default wiring b2200 for trailer

I have a couple of small trailers I pull. I want to set up a plug for tailights on my 91 b2200 truck to connect to the trailers. I use these other trailers on other vehiclessoI don't want to change the trailer wiring. The trailers have 4 wires,
White is ground
Yellow is driver stop and turn
Green is passinger stop and turn
Brown is running/parking lights.

I checked my truck out and it had a 4 prongthat didn't work. But it had 5 wires going in.
it had wires for left turn, right turn but the brake was on one wire and the running lights were on one.
How can I wire this up to work? Is there an adapter to go from5 to 4 wires? Idid not take the taillight out but it looks like it has one bulb in the back for taillights , one for brakelights and one for turn signals. Does anyone know of a diagramto wire a trailer connector with ony four pole plug?

There are adapters available for this, for vehicles that have separate brake lights and turn signal lights, look at www.etrailer.com or local parts store.
