Default Vacuum Routing, 87 B2600 M/T, no A/C

I have three vacumm diagrams, two found in the shop manual, and one that was released as a Service Bulletin (got it from AllData). I've practically memorized them, however they all show the idle up solenoid. Problem is, a manual transmission with no A/C doesn't have an idle up solenoid, so I'm not sure how to route the lines that were associated with this solenoid. What would be great is if there were someone with an 87B2600 (manual transmission, no a/c) who wouldn't mind looking under their hood. Maybe even a phone call / email conversation. If you live on Long Island, I'd even take a drive...With the diagrams I have, I could start with a truck that has NO vacuum lines and routh them all, with this one exception. Help is greatly appreciated.
