Default Turbo for a B2200

I have read here about the advantages and disadvantages about turbo, superchargers and nitruos for this babys and one question came up, for a turbo set up is recomended to fuel inject the motor for carbureted trucks but what about the computer. Does the stock computer works or it haves to be changed, what type of computer should I use....Any reply will be appreciated.

B2200 Info

The stock computer is junk its going to have a major brain fart if you try to run a supercharged engine with it. You either need an ECU off of a turbo car if you are doing an interchange or you need to build a megasquirt system. Personally I would go megasquirt either way.
