starts then stalls after giving it gas
 

1993 mazda b2600

i replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, FPR, spark plugs, spark plug wires

i have this problem where i start it up and give it gas it acts like it wants to stall out like its outta gas or something been having this problem ever since it gotten cold out site and cant solve the problem can suggestions or ideas

been thinking is the ECU from what i have read, but what i have read i think its somewhere in the fuel lines like it clogged or something

Could be a sensor not working properly, start testing them.

Check the fuel pressure/fuel flow. If low, may be clogged filter sock in the tank from rust over the decades.

where do i start with sensors like the O2 sensor first and also i changed the sock in the gas tank and the tank had no rust in it

You can take a air hose and blow through the lines to see if they are clogged.
