Default Query: PTC 30amp fuse, do i need one?

Dear Experts,

I opened the fuse box in the main engine bay for the first time today and noticed a missing PTC 30 amp fuse.

I drive a european model B-series, B2500 diesel year 2003 model. I purchased the 4X4 second hand 2 years ago.

On the outside of the fuse box shows what each fuse is for, glow plugs, ignition 1 etc. There is an inscription for the PTC also. I notice there is copper contacts for such a fuse, so its not a dummy port/hole.

However, maybe there is not supposed to be a PTC in my model.

Can anyone confirm if they have one in there Mazda B2500?

ASIDE:
I also cannot keep glow plugs from failing? Anyone got any ideas? I replaced plugs twice with spurious ones.

regards,
Will.
