Performance rebuild kit or swap for show truck
Hey guys I'm new to the forum. I work for Air--Zenith and our show truck is a b2000 with the 2.0 engine. The motor at the moment is an old leaking dog and either needs redone or swapped and we'll either be rebuilding or tossing the old emissons friendly weber carb.
Anyone know wher to find a good performance rebuild kit that is complete for a decent price?
Or possibly a carbed swap that goes in without much modification. most likely a v6 or a really small v8. has anyone had success with a swap that only took minor mount alteration? If I need to alter the trans tunnel a bit thats not a big issue. note that this truck is airbagged and body dropped so it has to fit in with 20 inch rossi wheels hiding under the hood (no inner fenders yet)
