Default Which new shocks for B2600 4x4?

Hello all,

I'd like to buy new shocks for my 1992 B2600i 4x4, and I wonder if anyone can give me the wisdom of their experience.

I drive mostly mixed highway and city, andI offroad a few times a year when I can get away for a weekend. I wanta precise, well controlled ride. I'dsacrifice some ride comfort, but I don't want to be driving a buckboard.

The shocks I've found available are:
-Edelbrock Performer IAS
-Koni Special D
-KYB Gas-a-Just
-Monroe Sensa-Trac
-Rancho RS5000 (front shocks only)

Thank you very much!
Eric.

What did you end up going with? Just got a 1990 b2600i that's in need of new shocks. My usage will be about the same as you.
